Brandify sells pre-built, digital website products designed for ecommerce store owners. All Products are digital and are delivered electronically. We do not sell or ship any physical products.
Order and Delivery
Once your order and payment are confirmed, your pre-built website will be delivered to you electronically, typically via email or an online transfer method, within the timeframe communicated to you at checkout or by our team.
Payment
All prices are listed in the applicable currency shown at checkout. Payment is required in full before delivery of your Product, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Refunds

License and Ownership
Upon full payment, you receive a license to use the delivered website for your own business purposes. We retain ownership of any underlying templates, frameworks, or reusable components used to build the Product, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Brandify is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of a purchased website, including any loss of revenue, data, or business opportunities.
